Light American Ales

American Wit(less):
An Americanized version of a Belgian Witbier with a crisp, orangey zip!
5.3% ABV, 19 IBU, 5 SRM

Budd Milla’s American Standard (Light American Ale)
Ale version of a Standard American Lager.
4.5% ABV, 13 IBU, 3 SRM

Cascade SMaSH (American Blonde Ale)
Single Malt and Single Hop beer showcasing Cascade hops.
 4.4% ABV, 24 IBU, 4 SRM

Chuck’s Brew (American Wheat)
Part Blonde Ale, part American Wheat. Excellent on its own or as a base for fruit beers.
 4.8% ABV, 18 IBU, 6 SRM


Cream Ale
Popular style from the Northeast. Lager-like with (optional) distinct corn flavor. Very popular.
5.1% ABV, 27 IBU, 4 SRM


Light American Wheat
Neutral, low-alcohol American Wheat Beer.
4.5% ABV, 15 IBU, 5 SRM

American Ales

Centennial Falcon IPA
Smooth IPA with generous amounts of citrusy and fruity finishing hops.
6.2% ABV, 70 IBU, 9 SRM


Hop Zombie Pale Ale
An APA focused on presenting Cascade hops in a pleasurable pint. Very crisp, clean and hoppy.
5.6% ABV, 80 IBU, 7 SRM


The Mommas and the Hoppas APA
Clean and crisp with plenty of hops. Inspired by a popular pale ale from San Francisco.
5.0% ABV, 45 IBU, 7 SRM


No Nuptials (Pale Ale)
Not very bitter, but full of dry hop character. It fits somewhere between Blonde and Pale Ale.
5.0% ABV, 21 IBU, 7 SRM


Penta Simcoe (IIPA)
A light-bodied Double IPA showcasing the very popular Simcoe hop.
7.6% ABV, 86 IBU, 5 SRM


Plinius Secundus (IIPA)
An obscene amount of hops are packed into this Double IPA inspired by a beer from Santa Rosa.
7.5% ABV, max IBU, 7 SRM


Right Said Red (Amber Ale)
Hoppy American Red Ale. Crisp, clean, and hoppy, with a slightly sweet malt backbone.
5.1% ABV, 43 IBU, 14 SRM

Titletowne IPA
Classic American IPA with citrusy Cascade and aggressively bitter Chinook hops.
6.0% ABV,90 IBU, 9 SRM


Tree Hugger IPA Aged on Spanish Cedar
Piney & tropical hop flavors are accentuated by spicy wood notes and a toasty malt backbone.
6.4% ABV, 67 IBU, 9 SRM

Belgian Beers

Blanche de Belgique (Witbier)
A traditional Belgian Witbier. Slightly tart and spicy with a crisp citrusy finish.
5.0% ABV, 16 IBU, 6 SRM


Blonde Bombshell (Tripel)
A high alcohol, mildly hopped, light-bodied Belgian Tripel.
9.0% ABV, 29 IBU, 6 SRM

Dubbel the Pleasure
Strong Belgian showcasing complex toffee/raisin maltiness, spicy yeast and floral/spicy hops.
6.8% ABV, 28 IBU, 15 SRM

Fallen Angel (Belgian Specialty)
Inspired by a fusion of Belgian beer styles. Sweet and spicy with a lot of alcohol!
6.0% ABV, 19 IBU, 10 SRM

Farmhouse Session Saison
Citrusy and spicy Belgian ale that can be fermented very warm – perfect for summer brewing!
4.1% ABV, 27 IBU, 4 SRM


Hoggetowne 6° (Belgian Golden Strong)
A spicy Belgian Golden Strong Ale, somewhat similar to Duvel, with complex yeast aromatics.
7.8% ABV, 23 IBU, 5 SRM


Ole’ Beelzebub (Belgian Golden Strong)
Focuses on being a strong, crisp, effervescent beer with yeast-derived esters and phenols.
8.0% ABV, 34 IBU, 4 SRM

British and Irish Ales ExtraOrdinary (Ordinary Bitter)
Traditional English pub bitter.
3.4% ABV, 35 IBU, 10 SRM

Free Willy(amette) (English IPA)
English IPA featuring intense floral/herbal hop aromas.
5.8% ABV, 61 IBU, 9 SRM

Girls Gone Mild (Mild Ale)
A light English brown ale.
3.5% ABV, 21 IBU, 21 SRM

Hoggetowne’s Bitter Best
Traditional English Pale Ale. An easy to drink pint with a balanced blend of hops and malt.
5.1% ABV, 45 IBU, 12 SRM

Hoggetowne’s Classic Nut Brown
Northern English Brown Ale focusing on a complex sweet to slightly roasty malt character.
5.0% ABV, 32 IBU, 22 SRM


If It’s Nae Scottish, It’s Craap (Scotch Ale)
Thick and sweet, with a strong alcoholic punch in the guts.
7.7% ABV, 37 IBU, 20 SRM

Red Rocket! (Irish Red Ale)
A slightly sweeter than normal Irish Red. Mild roasty/toasty flavor.
5.0% ABV, 28 IBU, 17 SRM

Red Rocket! Reloaded (Irish Red Ale)
Mildly sweet, toasty, with a  crisp finish. Not as sweet as the “regular” Red Rocket!
5.7% ABV, 33 IBU, 16 SRM

Skara Brae (Scottish 70/-)
Light, yet very malty with appreciable residual sweetness.
3.7% ABV, 18 IBU, 14 SRM

Badunkaweizen
A dark Hefeweizen with a rich, malty character.

Golden Magic Hefeweizen
A traditional Bavarian Hefeweizen.

Karneval Kolsch
This almost lager-like ale is clean, crisp and refreshing without being plain or boring.

Porters and Stouts

Baby Got Black (Foreign Extra Stout)
A VERY dark, strong, roasty stout with lots of dark chocolate character.
7.7% ABV, 45 IBU, 54 SRM

Black N’ Dry (Dry Stout)
A simple, textbook dry stout recipe. Slightly tart and not as roasty as many commercial examples.
5.2% ABV, 30 IBU, 41 SRM

Fat Man Brown Porter
Probably our most popular recipe. Rich & chocolaty with deep toffee undertones.
5.1% ABV, 21 IBU, 37 SRM

Hoggetowne’s Oatmeal Sout
A thick, slightly sweet, mildly roasty stout with a big, creamy body from the oats.
5.0% ABV, 35 IBU, 34 SRM

How Now Brown Cow (Milk Stout)
A thick, sweet, roasty, and smooth stout with prominent milk chocolate notes.
6.0% ABV, 32 IBU, 46 SRM

Puma Man (Robust Porter)
Drier and slightly more roasty than the Fat Man Porter.
5.9% ABV, 34 IBU, 34 SRM


Sofa King Dark (Dry Stout)
Dark & very roasty without being tart.
4.1% ABV, 35 IBU, 43 SRM
